What You'll Do As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you'll play a key role in installing and building commercial and residential landscape projects.

Responsibilities include:

Perform a variety of landscape construction tasks on active job sites Dig trenches and assist with underground irrigation installations Load, unload, and transport soil, rock, mulch, plants, and construction materials Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup activities Load, unload, and distribute pipe, fittings, tools, and related materials Safely operate landscape construction equipment and power tools including: Trenchers Rototillers Augers Saws Compressors Jackhammers Drills Small tractor loaders Follow all company safety standards and procedures Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and safely What We're Looking For Landscape construction, landscaping, or general construction experience is preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to follow directions and work safely around equipment and jobsite hazards Valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record Why Join Cagwin & Dorward?
