Job Description
This is not an entry-level position. If you have not run a crew on a design-build landscape construction job, this posting is not for you. Who We Are Bayview Landscape Co. builds high-end residential outdoor environments across Silicon Valley — retaining walls, concrete flatwork, pavers, drainage systems, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and softscape. We work to a higher standard than most and we move at a fast pace. We're growing and we need a lead who can keep up. The Role You will own the job site. That means showing up with your crew ready, sequencing the work without being told, managing daily production, maintaining quality, and handling problems before they reach ownership. You will interact with clients on site and you will be held accountable for the outcome of every job you run. If you need someone to tell you what to do next, this is not the right fit. What You Must Have 5+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience — not maintenance, not mowing 2+ years running a crew as a lead or foreman on construction jobs Pool deck experience: mastic joint installation, cool deck, pool equipment bonding Direct experience with all of the following:
