Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute to building durable structures, from foundations to finishing touches, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and craftsmanship. Duties Load, unload, and organize construction materials Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen Demolition and job site preparation Job site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment Operate hand and power tools safely Digging, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor tasks Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States. must speak
