We are currently hiring for multiple positions: Vinyl Wrap Installers Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installers Vehicle Prep / Disassembly & Reassembly Technicians We work on a wide range of vehicles, including Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and other luxury, exotic and everyday vehicles. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to details and are interested in a long-term position with opportunities to grow within the company. Compensation Starting pay is $25/hour during a 30-day paid probationary period. After the probationary period, compensation may increase up to $35/hour based on experience, skill level, installation quality, speed, reliability and overall performance. Experienced installers may qualify for a higher rate based on demonstrated skill and portfolio. Vinyl Wrap / PPF Installer Responsibilities Install automotive vinyl wrap and/or paint protection film Complete full-body installations and individual panels Properly finish edges, corners, seams and difficult areas Maintain high installation quality while working efficiently Identify and correct installation issues before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle customer vehicles with care Vehicle Prep / Disassembly Technician Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for vinyl and PPF installation Safely remove and reinstall door handles, mirrors, bumpers, trim, emblems, lights and other exterior components Clean and properly prepare vehicle surfaces before installation Keep removed hardware and components organized Reassemble vehicles correctly after installation Inspect completed work before vehicle delivery Qualifications Automotive wrap, PPF, detailing, body shop or disassembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work with expensive and luxury vehicles responsibly Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop Reliable and punctual Good communication and teamwork Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Full-time, consistent work $25-$35/hour compensation range Paid 30-day probationary period Opportunity for increased pay based on performance Long-term employment opportunity Professional automotive work environment Opportunity to work on luxury, exotic and high-end vehicles Opportunity to grow as
