Infinite Home Solutions Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced Construction & Landscaping Helper to assist with residential construction, concrete, and landscaping projects throughout Santa Cruz County. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors and has previous construction experience. We are specifically looking for someone with concrete experience who can assist with building patios, driveways, walkways, footings, and other residential concrete projects. Carpentry experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete patios, driveways, walkways, footings, and other concrete work Build and set concrete forms Assist with grading and site preparation Place, spread, screed, finish, and clean up concrete Install and work with rebar and reinforcement Perform demolition and removal of existing concrete and landscaping materials Assist with drainage, excavation, grading, and general landscaping Assist with fences, decks, framing, and other carpentry projects when needed Load, unload, and move construction materials Safely operate common hand and power tools Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work directly with the owner/contractor on residential projects

Required Qualifications:

Previous construction experience Hands-on experience with concrete work Experience with concrete patios and/or driveways Ability to build and set concrete forms Comfortable using common construction hand and power tools Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work Reliable and able to show up to work on time Able to follow directions and work independently when needed Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work/job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

Carpentry experience Deck and fence construction experience Framing experience Landscaping experience Drainage and grading experience Experience operating compact construction equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who knows construction and is ready to work. This is not an office position. You will be working alongside the contractor on real residential construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, can solve basic job-site problems, and does not need to be constantly supervised. Someone with strong concrete skills and additional carpentry experience would be an excellent fit.

Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
