From demolition through final finishes, you'll help our field crews deliver clean, high-quality work. Attention to detail is a must.
Essential Duties :
Assist with drywall — hanging, taping, mudding, sanding & patching. Prep & paint interior/exterior surfaces; caulk, mask & clean up for a quality finish. Install molding, trim & baseboard with clean, finished results. Install & prep flooring and tile, including surface prep, layout & cleanup. Handle light plumbing and/or electrical tasks as needed. Perform demolition — safe material removal, debris hauling & site cleanup. Complete finish & punch-list work with attention to detail and a "zero punchlist" mindset. Load, unload & move materials, tools & equipment as needed. Keep the jobsite clean, safe & organized at all times. What We're Looking For A tradesperson who takes pride in the finished product. Experience with drywall, paint, molding, flooring, baseboard, tile, and light plumbing and/or electrical (the more trades, the better). Strong work ethic, reliability & punctuality. Attention to detail and pride in quality, finished work. Able to safely lift, carry & perform physical labor throughout the day. Comfortable on commercial & government/federal jobsites; safety-minded (OSHA 10/30 a plus). A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Reliable transportation & valid driver's license preferred.
