Positions Available:

Laborers | $20 - $25/hour Support field crews with site preparation, material handling, cable installation, equipment setup, and general construction tasks. Laborers will use hand and power tools, maintain clean and safe work areas, and assist experienced team members as needed. Previous construction or telecom experience is preferred. Leads | $25 - $30/hour Lead and support field crews while remaining hands-on with telecom installation work. Leads help coordinate daily tasks, ensure work meets quality and safety standards, train less-experienced team members, and communicate jobsite needs or issues to project leadership. Previous telecom construction experience is required. Requirements Construction or labor-intensive experience preferred; telecom experience required for Lead positions. Familiarity with cabling and telecommunications systems is a plus. Ability to safely use construction tools and equipment. Ability to operate a bucket truck when trained and authorized. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Ability to perform physically demanding work and travel to jobsites as needed.
