Job Description
Construction Laborer
•Learn Skills, Year-Round Work Looking for a hard-working, reliable laborer to join our crew year-round. Great opportunity for someone young who wants to learn real construction skills , work outdoors, and grow into running equipment.
What You'll Do:
Winter
•snow removal (shoveling & operating a Honda snow blower) Summer
•work on an excavation crew (shoveling, utility work, job site support)
Schedule:
Snow work is weather-dependent Most winter shifts start around 2:30 AM — finish early and still have time to hit the slopes or enjoy your day Additional hours available whenever possible Summer schedule is more consistent 7am
•4pm
