Duties Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures using hand tools and power tools Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to ensure healthy, vibrant lawns Support landscape maintenance activities like pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and mulching beds Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and other machinery safely and efficiently for site preparation and material handling Conduct irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, raking leaves, and preparing areas for ongoing projects or seasonal changes like snow plowing Support tree care activities including planting, trimming, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping principles including hardscape installation and tree care techniques is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Prior experience in construction or landscape-related roles is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments while building your expertise in landscape construction!
