Duties Assist with the installation of building materials such as tile, masonry, gutters, fixtures, and other structural components following blueprint specifications and construction plans Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks including cutting, measuring, caulking, plastering, and fixture installation Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols on-site Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure precise material placement Support construction management by preparing work sites, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Qualifications Proven construction experience with knowledge of building material installation and site safety practices Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, tile masonry, plastering, caulking, gutter installation, and fixture setup is preferred Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and follow blueprint specifications precisely Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders safely, and work in various weather conditions Join our team as a General Laborer - Installer and be part of a dedicated crew committed to delivering quality craftsmanship on every project.
