We're looking for someone to join our team who has some hands-on experience in residential construction and understands the basics of working on a remodeling jobsite. This isn't a position where we expect you to know absolutely everything. We're looking for someone who can jump in, work with the crew, use basic tools, understand common construction materials and processes, and take direction. Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work and wants to continue learning. A lot of our work is focused on kitchen and bathroom remodeling, so experience with things like demolition, drywall, framing, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing basics, or general finish work is a big plus. What we're looking for: Basic residential construction/remodeling experience Comfortable using common hand and power tools Able to follow instructions Reliable and shows up ready to work Pays attention to detail Keeps the jobsite clean and organized Works well with others and is willing to learn Takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way Has reliable transportation and can get to job sites Able to communicate professionally with the crew and homeowners What you'll be doing: You'll be working alongside our team on residential remodeling projects. Your day-to-day work may include demolition, prep, installation, assisting with tile and flooring, cabinetry, drywall, framing, cleanup, material handling, and other general remodeling tasks. Every project is different, and there will be opportunities to learn different parts of the construction process.
