This position will assist our crews with different types of construction work and help keep our jobsites clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Starting Pay:

$22.00/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist crew members with general construction tasks Help with demolition and concrete work Pick up and dispose of trash, debris, and construction materials Load, unload, and move tools and materials Keep jobsites clean and organized Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup Help different members of the crew as needed Follow jobsite and safety instructions Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

Reliable and responsible Willing to work and help wherever needed Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be comfortable traveling to different jobsites throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas Must have basic construction hand tools Able to perform physical construction work, including lifting and carrying materials Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Construction experience is preferred.

Monday-Friday We are looking for someone dependable who shows up on time, works well with others, and is willing to learn and grow with our team.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
