In this role, you will be an essential part of building and maintaining infrastructure projects, ensuring that work progresses efficiently and safely. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful projects. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project requirements Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy materials, and installing structural components Operate power tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Implement erosion control measures to prevent soil erosion and protect the environment during construction activities Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal operation throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Prior experience in industrial or commercial construction environments is preferred Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and assisting with equipment repairs Familiarity with erosion control techniques and environmental safety practices Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Join us if you're eager to build a rewarding career in construction!
