Full-Time Job Overview Radon Mitigation of the Rockies Aurora is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support residential and commercial radon mitigation projects. This hands-on position assists with job-site preparation, material handling, equipment installation, drilling, sealing, and cleanup while following established safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with radon mitigation system installations and related construction work. Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces before installation. Load, unload, transport, and organize tools and materials. Assist with drilling, cutting, sealing, piping, and equipment setup. Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly. Perform job-site cleanup and properly organize equipment after each project. Follow company safety procedures and project instructions. Maintain professional, clean, and respectful work practices in customer properties. Report equipment issues, site conditions, or potential safety concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Previous construction, remodeling, HVAC, or general labor experience preferred. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials. Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn specialized mitigation techniques. Valid driver's license may be preferred.
