Full-Time Job Summary Palace Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support construction crews with general labor, material handling, site preparation, and daily project activities. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites. Assist with basic construction tasks as directed by supervisors. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Help with demolition, cleanup, and material removal when needed. Follow project instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Support skilled tradespeople and other crew members. Report job-site issues, damaged materials, or safety concerns. Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical work and lift construction materials. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Basic knowledge of construction tools and job-site practices. Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
