Full-Time Job Summary Faros Construction Services is seeking a reliable General Laborer to assist construction crews with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general job-site tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and comfortable working as part of a construction team. Responsibilities Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials. Prepare work areas and maintain clean, safe job sites. Assist with demolition, cleanup, and debris removal. Use basic hand and power tools as directed. Support skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks. Follow supervisor instructions and established safety procedures. Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Report safety concerns or job-site issues to supervisors. Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical work and lift or move materials. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
