We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as radon mitigation laborers. This is physically demanding work, but it's an incredible entry point for someone looking to learn a specialized, high-demand trade. We train you from the ground up, with clear opportunities to advance into a certified technician role with higher pay. What You'll Be Doing Working in challenging, variable environments: crawl spaces, basements, attics, garages, and on roofs. Clearing out debris, dirt, and old materials to prepare job sites. Installing vapor barriers and radon mitigation components. Using hand and power tools safely to assist technicians with installation. Communicating and coordinating with a team. Working with clients and homeowners.
Requirements Physical & Space Comfort:
Must be physically able to crawl in tight spaces, lift up to 75 pounds, must be comfortable working in tight, dark, or dirty spaces (crawl spaces, basements, attics) and comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs.
Driver's License & Transport:
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Background & Drug Screen:
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
Strong Work Ethic:
Dependable, punctual, and ready to put in 40+ hours a week.
