Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM About the Role MGR Workforce is hiring experienced Construction Laborers (Pipe Fitters) for an active construction project in Bennett, Colorado. This position is intended for individuals with solid, hands-on construction experience who are comfortable working on commercial or industrial job sites. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced construction workers who understand job site safety, can work independently with minimal supervision, and are willing to travel to Bennett for work each day. Responsibilities Assist skilled trades with daily construction activities Work with Pipe fitting crew for pipe fitting tasks Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment Perform site preparation, demolition, and general labor tasks Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions Support the crew with other construction duties as required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on construction experience required Experience working on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction sites preferred Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working on your feet throughout the day, bending, climbing, and performing repetitive tasks Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Bennett, CO every workday Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a construction crew Required PPE Workers must provide their own: Construction hard hat Steel toe safety boots High-visibility safety vest Safety glasses Work Environment Outdoor construction site Physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Safety-focused team environment Full-time, consistent weekday schedule #MGR1Benefits
