Position Summary We are seeking motivated Construction Crew Members to join our post-frame building team. This position is ideal for individuals with at least one year of construction experience who want to grow their skills and build a long-term career in the trades. You'll work outdoors year-round, assembling building components and learning specialized post-frame techniques under the guidance of an experienced crew leader. Responsibilities Assist in all phases of post-frame building construction, including site prep, framing, roofing, siding, and interior finish work. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain a safe and clean job site. Travel to job sites within the region (25-50% of the time). Represent Barndago's values of integrity, teamwork, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of general construction experience. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Drug-free (testing and background checks required).

Preferred:

Experience in framing, roofing, or post-frame construction. Forklift, skid steer and/or aerial lift experience. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($25-$30/hr DOE).
