Construction Laborer

• Construction Laborer / Exterior Panel Installer
• Commercial Construction | Immediate Start
• We're hiring construction laborers who can start next week on a 45‑day project in Cheyenne, WY, with the next project in Fort Collins, CO. Opportunity to stay on long‑term.
• Schedule
• + Monday - Thursday (occasional Fridays) + 1st Shift + 40 hours/week
• What You'll Do
• + Install and handle exterior metal & architectural wall panels + Measure materials (must read a tape measure) + Work at heights using lifts and scaffolding + Load/unload materials and assist with cleanup + Follow all site safety and OSHA rules
• Requirements (Must Have)
• + 1+ year commercial construction experience + Comfortable working at heights (required) + Able to work 100% outdoors + Physically able to lift and handle materials
• ⚠️ If you're afraid of heights, this role is not a good fit.
• Preferred (Not Required)
• + Metal or ACM panel installation + Lift experience (scissor / boom) + OSHA 10 or 30
• Tools

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
