Denver Metro Area About the Role We are looking for hardworking, reliable Construction Technicians to support a variety of outdoor construction projects. This position offers hands-on experience in earthwork, erosion control, utilities, landscaping, and general construction. You'll work alongside experienced operators and field crews on unique projects including parks, athletic fields, river restoration work, and infrastructure improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist crews with earthwork, grading, and site preparation. Support pipe installation and utility work. Help operators with excavations, pipe placement, and cut-to-grade activities. Perform erosion control installation and maintenance. Complete punch list items such as: Reseeding and landscape restoration Installing park amenities Concrete replacement and repairs Paint touch-ups General site cleanup and maintenance Assist with material handling, including lifting and placing rocks, boulders, and other construction materials. Maintain a safe and organized job site. Follow directions from supervisors and work independently when needed. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in erosion control, utilities, earthwork, landscaping, or general construction preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and stay productive throughout the workday. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
