In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various installation projects across residential and commercial sites. Your energy and dedication will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction, gain hands-on experience with a variety of building techniques, and contribute to creating quality spaces for our clients. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, fixtures, and systems according to blueprint specifications and construction plans. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, gutter installation, and masonry work. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate construction and installation processes. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to follow precise specifications for remodeling or new construction projects. Support skilled trades such as insulation, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electricl. Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly handling materials, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous construction site experience or related manual labor work preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times. Basic understanding of construction materials such as drywall, stucco, roofing materials, flooring options, masonry units, fixtures, and building components. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service when interacting with clients or project managers. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job location; experience with blueprint reading or construction estimating is a plus but not mandatory. Join us in building exceptional spaces!
