TRI-SONS BUILDING & EXCAVATION IS HIRING
Tri-Sons Building & Excavation is a growing site development company looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to become a reliable part of our team. We are currently hiring for two positions:
CLASS A CDL DRIVER
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Class A CDL Driver to operate a 33,000 GVW 6-wheel dump truck with a 20-ton tag trailer . This position includes hauling construction materials and safely transporting equipment such as small excavators, dozers, skid steers, and other machinery between job sites. Responsibilities & Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Safely operate a 6-wheel dump truck and 20-ton tag trailer Load, secure, transport, and unload construction equipment Haul materials to and from job sites Perform basic daily truck and equipment inspections Keep the truck clean and well maintained Treat company equipment with the same care and respect as your own Be dependable, punctual, and willing to go the extra step when needed Construction and equipment-hauling experience preferred
SITE DEVELOPMENT LABORER
We are also looking for a dependable and hardworking Site Development Laborer who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and wants the opportunity to grow within the company. Responsibilities Perform general site work including raking, shoveling, grading, and cleanup Assist with installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems Install and assist with underground conduit Set up and operate a site laser for checking grades and elevations Assist equipment operators with excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading Properly use and care for hand tools and company equipment Follow job-site safety procedures Work effectively as part of a small crew Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities What We're Looking For Previous excavation, utility, or site-work experience preferred Basic knowledge of underground utilities and pipe installation is a plus Ability to rake and shovel efficiently and perform physical construction work Dependable and willing to show up on time every day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to listen, learn, and improve Ability to help wherever needed as part of a small team
