Anderson LLC Danbury, CT Job Details Part-time | Seasonal $20 - $35 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Day Laborer to support our trucking and heavy haul division, along with occasional site work. This is a hands-on, physically active role great for someone who doesn't mind varied work and changing conditions. Hours and tasks will shift with the season and business needs. Looking for a critical thinker with a positive attitude. Duties Assist with loading and unloading trucks and heavy haul equipment Help direct and secure loads, including tie-downs and rigging as needed Perform light landscaping and site cleanup at various job locations Operate or assist with snow plowing during winter months General labor support as needed across job sites Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required for snow plowing route work, if applicable) Prior experience with trucking, warehouse, landscaping, or construction labor a plus, but not required Positive attitude, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work flexible/seasonal hours, including early mornings or during snow events Compensation Compensation based on experience and performance
