Pay:

Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools Prepare job sites and materials for construction Perform hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work Use basic hand and power tools safely Follow plans, measurements, and project specifications Work alongside a team to keep projects moving on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Help troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions Take pride in delivering quality workmanship

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and ready to learn. You'll be a great fit if you have: Previous construction, remodeling, landscaping, concrete, masonry, or installation experience Comfort working outdoors and in different job-site conditions Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Good attention to detail Ability to read measurements and follow instructions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable transportation and a dependable work history Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required.
