Job Description

Overview We are seeking to fill a position (OR
POSITIONS
) for a project funded, in whole or in part, with HUD grant funds which is expected to commence on or about
JUNE 15, 2026.
Section 3 requires that recipients of certain HUD financial assistance, to the greatest extent possible, provide training, employment, contracting and other economic opportunities to low- and very low-income persons, especially recipients of government assistance for housing, and to businesses that provide economic opportunities to low-and very low-income persons. If you are a recipient of government assistance for housing or if your income falls below HUD's income limits, you may qualify as a Section 3 worker or a Section 3 targeted worker. Responsibilities Assist with the pulling out and installation of well pumps. Operate hand tools, power tools, safely to perform various construction tasks. Perform demolition, restoration work, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or with heavy machinery. Qualifications Prior construction experience or related hands-on work in building trades is preferred. Knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards is beneficial. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
