Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Support skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents or injuries. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is mandatory. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 150 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Must have your own tools appropriate for the position. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
