Seaside Marine Construction is seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our marine construction team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety. General Laborers will assist skilled tradesmen and supervisors in building and maintaining docks, seawalls, and other marine structures. Responsibilities Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of docks, seawalls, boat lifts, and other marine structures. Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site. Support crew members and supervisors with day-to-day project tasks. Experience Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license required. Why Join Us?
