MARINE CONSTRUCTION CREW JOIN OUR
TEAM- Anderson Dock and Lift, Based out of Sarasota/Bradenton, FL is seeking an experience marine construction crew member to become part of our team. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Current Driver's License
  • 3-5 years Marine Construction and Pile Driving Experience
  • Ability to understand and follow safety rules, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as a team to jointly carry out assigned tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understanding and working in accordance with the overall project schedule & project description including all aspects of marine construction (docks boatlifts & seawalls)
  • Work together with project supervision on a daily basis to communicate production goals and quality specifications of work, discuss issues that have surfaced (around people, means and methods, material or equipment use, etc. extra or out of scope work), and ideas to help team achieve project goals
  • Participate in planning means and methods for Marine Construction and Pile Driving projects
  • Follow company policy and procedure and enforce safety regulations.
  • Exercise proper care, maintenance and operation of company equipment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $29.00 per hour
