Job Description

Full Phase Construction is looking for a reliable, motivated Construction Helper to join our team. This role supports our crew with day‑to‑day tasks across residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general labor, cleanup, material handling, and jobsite prep Support skilled trades with basic tasks as directed Maintain a safe, organized work environment Follow instructions and work efficiently with the team

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay:
