The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks that support our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety standards. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Join us in this rewarding role where your contributions will directly impact our success!
