Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist foremen, equipment operators, pipe layers, and other crew members Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Use hand tools and power tools safely Assist with digging, grading, backfilling, and site preparation Help install pipe, drainage systems, structures, and other project materials Set up and maintain barricades, safety signs, and work areas Clean and prepare jobsites Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Perform general construction duties as directed Travel to projects throughout Florida as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required Marine or heavy civil construction experience is a plus Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew Dependable and able to report to work on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be willing and able to travel throughout Florida Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift, carry, bend, climb, stand, and perform physically demanding work Must be able to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs Must meet all company pre-employment requirements
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
