Job Description

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Reset Merchandiser to support major consumer brands in retail environments. In this field-based role, you will execute scheduled store resets, implement planograms, and merchandise shelves and displays to maximize product visibility. You will install fixtures and signage, audit inventory and pricing, and capture photos and data using mobile reporting tools. Working closely with store teams, you'll follow set timelines and travel routes, maintain brand and retailer standards, and help deliver performance-driven retail execution in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Execute retail reset projects according to planograms and client guidelines Merchandise shelves, displays, and promotional layouts to maximize product visibility Install signage, fixtures, and POP materials safely and accurately Audit product placement, inventory levels, and pricing; report findings via mobile tools Collaborate with store personnel and team members to coordinate reset schedules Follow project timelines, travel routes, and reporting deadlines Capture photos and data to document completed work and share insights Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with retailer policies Resolve basic in-store issues and escalate complex problems as needed Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and company procedures during all visits Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading Space planning Inventory auditing Data and photo reporting Use of mobile reporting tools Fixture and signage installation Time and route management Basic Excel or reporting software Communication with store staff
