Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team, assisting with the installation and replacement of windows and doors. This part-time position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. We are particularly interested in individuals committed to long-term employment and eager to grow alongside our company. Candidates must be willing to travel to job sites, which may be over 50 miles away. Daily working hours can vary based on workload and job location, so flexibility is essential. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while building a skilled and rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
Assist installers with the installation/replacement of windows and doors. Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and materials. Load and unload materials and equipment safely. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 60 lbs) and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Must be comfortable working from a ladder. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Basic understanding of power tools and safety practices is preferred.
