Bergeron Land Development is Hiring - Immediate Openings in Estero Fort Myers Area.

Starting Pay:

$20.00/hour Increase to $21.00/hour after successful completion of 30 days

Work Schedule:

40+ hours per week

Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM to 5:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Additional overtime as needed — must be available for overtime work This is a physically demanding outdoor position Previous road construction, civil construction, site development, underground utility, or similar experience is strongly preferred. We're looking for employees who are dependable, show up on time, work safely, follow direction, and want steady long-term employment. A Criminal Background Search, Driver's License Check, and Drug Screening are required before hire . We offer full-time, year-round employment with an established Florida construction company. What You'll Do:

Perform general labor on road and civil construction projects Dig and work with hand tools, including shovels and rakes Assist equipment operators and truck drivers Load and unload materials and equipment Help with checking grades and jobsite preparation Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow supervisor instructions and all company safety requirements Perform other construction-related duties as needed Applicants must be able to perform the essential duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
