This role involves hands-on participation in all phases of high-end residential new construction projects, including site prep, building, and finishing. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail. Duties Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization , including removing construction debris, loading and disposing of trash, sweeping work areas, clearing yards/roofs, and keeping active sites orderly and accessible. Transport, load, unload, and organize construction materials between jobsites, the warehouse/laydown yard, suppliers, and staging areas, including lumber, plywood, block, rebar, pallets, PVC, scaffolding, and other building materials. Transport and handle construction equipment and trailers , including mini excavators, dump trailers, pallet jacks, tampers, scaffolding, and related tools between multiple active jobsites. Perform site preparation and earthwork, including digging trenches and utility lines, backfilling, grading, spreading and compacting dirt, preparing driveways, and assisting with pool and underground utility work. Assist with concrete, masonry, and structural work, including removing and stacking forms, chipping concrete, handling rebar, applying non-shrink grout, preparing areas for concrete pours, and assisting with block and grade-beam work. Perform general construction repairs and punch work , including stucco and mortar patching, minor drywall removal/repair, curb repairs, drain work, fence repairs, and other miscellaneous corrective work as required. Support exterior waterproofing, roofing, and building-envelope work, including applying roof coatings, waterproofing materials, cleaning/preparing roof areas, addressing drainage components, and assisting with exterior sealing or protection work. Set up, relocate, and remove temporary jobsite infrastructure , including silt fencing, temporary fencing, scaffolding, ladders, protective coverings, material staging areas, pallets, access paths, and other temporary construction components. Perform material and equipment pickups/deliveries , including retrieving supplies from vendors or the company yard, delivering them to the appropriate project, moving materials between projects, and hauling construction waste or scrap for disposal. Provide general field support across multiple construction projects, assisting supervisors and trades with daily site needs, preparing work areas for subcontractors and deliveries, checking site conditions, helping with installations, and completing miscellaneous hands-on tasks necessary to keep projects moving.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in residential, ground-up construction Valid drivers license Compensation commensurate with experience.

From $28.00 per hour
