Yacht Lifters Inc. Job Summary Yacht Lifters Inc. is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our marine construction team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role working on docks, seawalls, pilings, and boat lifts across South Florida. Prior construction or marine experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. About Us Yacht Lifters Inc. is South Florida's trusted marine construction company and the Preferred Authorized Dealer for Neptune Boat Lifts in Broward County. We service projects across Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism — and we're looking for team members who share those values. Responsibilities Assist with installation and repair of docks, seawalls, pilings, and boat lifts Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and both heavy/light construction equipment Safely load, unload, and handle construction materials and equipment Support crane, barge, and workboat operations as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site Use mobile software to track hours and provide daily updates Drive company trucks (towing trailers with equipment/materials when necessary) Qualifications Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required) Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform heavy physical labor outdoors Comfortable working around water, at heights, and in varying weather conditions Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or marine work preferred but not required Forklift/Crane certifications a plus, but not required Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn Yacht Lifters Inc. is a drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug testing may be required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Annual team-building events Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday-Friday Local travel to job sites required (company trucks provided) There may be times where you will be required to bring your own vehicle to a job site How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume and references to .
