Duties Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Qualifications Proven industrial construction experience with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and interpret technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices on construction sites. Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling tasks throughout the workday. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment used in construction environments.
