What You'll Do As a CTS Construction Laborer, you'll: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.

Load or unload building materials to be used.

Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.

Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.

Help craft workers with their duties.

What We're Looking For:

Have general construction labor experience.

Able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.

Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.

Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the construction trade.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Committed to being drug free.
