Job Description
Immediate Start | Temporary Position Through December | Potential for Full-Time Employment We are seeking dependable, hardworking temporary laborers to assist with exterior property cleanup following coastal conditions that result in significant sand accumulation around our patio and outdoor areas. Job Responsibilities Shovel, collect, and remove accumulated sand from pool and patio areas. Sweep and clean patio areas and surrounding outdoor spaces. Pressure wash exterior surfaces as needed. Assist with general groundskeeping and exterior property cleanup. Help maintain clean, safe, and presentable outdoor areas. Perform other general labor and maintenance related tasks as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods. Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven surfaces. Ability to shovel sand and repeatedly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions. Ability to follow safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques.
