Lead Carpenter Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Laborer to join our remodeling team. This role requires hands-on experience in various aspects of residential and light commercial remodeling, including carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can follow direction while maintaining a safe and clean job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all phases of residential/commercial remodeling projects Perform demolition, site prep, framing, drywall, and finish carpentry Install flooring, cabinetry, windows, doors, and trim Mix, pour, and level concrete (when required) Read and interpret blueprints or project plans Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite cleanliness Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building codes Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate

PPE Qualifications:

Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment Strong knowledge of building techniques and construction best practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, roofs, and tight spaces Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude
