Full-time, Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturdays About the Role We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Construction Yard & Equipment Laborer to support civil construction operations in Land O' Lakes. This is a 90% outdoor position working in Florida heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions. The work is physical and hands-on. If you can't handle the heat or prefer climate-controlled work, this is not the position for you. A major part of the job is power washing and cleaning heavy construction equipment , keeping the yard organized, and making sure equipment and materials are ready for field crews. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for permanent employment and advancement based on performance and business needs. The company promotes from within, and several supervisors have worked their way up from entry-level positions. What You'll Do Power wash heavy equipment, trailers, and work trucks Clean mud, debris, and jobsite buildup from equipment Keep the construction yard clean and organized Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Stage equipment and materials for field crews Assist with basic equipment upkeep and inspections Perform general yard and grounds maintenance Learn additional responsibilities as you gain experience What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and humidity Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable using pressure-washing equipment Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities Construction, equipment, landscaping, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is a plus Opportunity to Grow Strong performers may have opportunities to learn and advance into field work, equipment operation, skilled trades, or shop/mechanical positions.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): This job is about 90% outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, rain, and sun. It includes cleaning the yard, picking up debris, and power washing dirty construction equipment. Are you willing and physically able to do this type of work every day? o you have a valid driver's license AND your own reliable transportation to get yourself to work every scheduled day without relying on someone else for a ride? This is a hands-on labor position. You may spend several hours power washing equipment, cleaning mud and debris, organizing the yard, loading/unloading materials, and doing whatever general yard work needs to be done. Are you comfortable doing this type of work? This position requires someone who can work independently. If you finish a task and your supervisor is busy, are you comfortable identifying what needs to be cleaned, organized, or handled next rather than waiting to be told every step?
