Job Description:
We at RTECH Engineering are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, supporting skilled trades, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction duties such as loading/unloading materials Operate basic hand and power tools Clean and prepare job sites Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures Perform other labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending) Strong work ethic and punctuality Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
