RTech Engineering está buscando Ayudantes de Construcción responsables y trabajadores que estén preparados para trabajar al aire libre, realizar trabajo físico, aprender nuevas habilidades y formar parte de un equipo que apoya importantes proyectos de infraestructura en todo el sur de Florida. Se prefiere experiencia previa en construcción, pero no es requerida. RESPONSABILIDADES

Como Ayudante de Construcción, trabajarás junto a supervisores y miembros experimentados del equipo en proyectos de transporte, electricidad, fibra óptica e infraestructura.

Tus responsabilidades diarias pueden incluir:

Cargar, descargar, mover y organizar materiales y equipos Preparar, limpiar y mantener organizados los lugares y áreas de trabajo Ayudar a los equipos con trabajos de construcción e instalación Utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura Apoyar proyectos eléctricos, de fibra óptica, infraestructura subterránea y otros proyectos relacionados Seguir las instrucciones de los supervisores y completar las tareas asignadas Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y del lugar de trabajo

Los candidatos calificados deben:

Tener la capacidad y disposición para realizar trabajo físico y trabajar al aire libre Ser responsables, puntuales y estar preparados para trabajar según el horario establecido Poder seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera segura como parte de un equipo Sentirse cómodos utilizando herramientas manuales y eléctricas, o estar dispuestos a aprender a utilizarlas Estar dispuestos a aprender nuevas habilidades relacionadas con la construcción y la infraestructura Experiencia previa en construcción es preferida, pero no requerida Poder comunicarse en español con fluidez. ¿POR QUÉ

CONSTRUCTION LABORER

RTech Engineering | Medley, Florida | Full-Time Build Your Skills. Work With a Team. Grow Your Career. RTech Engineering is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers who are ready to work outdoors, perform hands-on physical work, learn new skills, and be part of a team supporting major infrastructure projects throughout South Florida. Construction experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, follow directions, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside supervisors and experienced team members on transportation, electrical, fiber optic, and infrastructure projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and equipment Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining job sites and work areas Assisting crews with construction and installation work Using hand and power tools safely Supporting electrical, fiber optic, underground infrastructure, and related projects Following supervisor instructions and completing assigned tasks Following all company and job-site safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should be comfortable with the physical demands and expectations of a construction environment.

Qualified candidates should be:

Able and willing to perform physical labor and work outdoors Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team Comfortable using or learning to use hand and power tools Willing to learn new construction and infrastructure skills Previous construction experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to communicate in Spanish
