The ideal candidate will have experience in construction trades, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Support skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, drywall, framing, or electrical installations as needed. Perform facility maintenance duties such as repairs, inspections, and upkeep of buildings and equipment. Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload materials 50+ lbs.
