This role involves supporting various construction projects and facility maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of work sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction trades, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects while developing valuable skills in the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Support skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, drywall, framing, or electrical installations as needed. Perform facility maintenance duties such as repairs, inspections, and upkeep of buildings and equipment. Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload materials 50+ lbs. Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance at various job sites. Qualifications Prior experience in construction trades is preferred. A checklist of relevant skills includes familiarity with hand tools, power tools, blueprints, plumbing, framing techniques, drywall installation, or basic electrical work. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions accurately.
