Rough Carpenter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the rough carpentry and self-perform division at a hospital construction site. This role requires a professional with at least three years of commercial construction experience. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks as required on the construction site.
• Assist with rough carpentry duties
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Operate equipment such as lull and scissor lifts as necessary. Essential Skills
• At least 3 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency in general labor and construction tasks.
• Ability to read and work off blueprints.
• Possession of necessary PPE and hand/power tools.
• OSHA 10 certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Healthcare construction experience is a plus.
• Scissor Lift & Fall Protection certifications are beneficial.
• OSHA 30 certification is advantageous.
• Lull & Scissor Lift certification.
