Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our tight-knit marine construction team as a 3rd man on a small barge crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational construction experience who wants to build a long-term career in marine construction. You will work alongside an experienced crew leader, performing hands-on tasks, supporting barge operations, and absorbing specialized industry knowledge. Gulfshore Marine Construction is a leading provider of marine construction services, specializing in building and repairing docks, seawalls, and other waterfront structures. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day marine construction and barge operations (docks, seawalls, and shoreline projects). Perform general physical labor, material handling, and site prep. Follow directions closely, maintain a strong focus on job-site safety, and support team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Basic general construction skills and familiarity with hand and power tools. High dependability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. Eagerness to learn, take instruction from senior crew members, and grow within the company. Reliable personal transportation to and from the work site.
