General Laborer - Installer

Job Overview we are looking for a reliable and responsible person available to work outside even in the summertime Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to various locations on-site Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures such as fences, ladders, and safety barriers Support skilled workers by carrying out basic tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on-site Maintain cleanliness of the work area by disposing of waste and keeping tools organized Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or hazards immediately Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential Prior experience in construction or labor roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team Join us in building something great!
