Role:

We are a growing outdoor living construction company specializing in high-quality pergolas, decks, and patio covers . We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and proactive Construction Field Helper & Runner to support our projects across the Orlando area. In this role, you will be responsible for moving materials between suppliers, our storage yard, and active job sites, as well as providing hands-on labor support on site when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Material Transport:

Drive company vehicles and tow trailers to pick up/deliver lumber, hardware, concrete, and materials between suppliers, storage, and job sites.

On-Site Physical Labor:

Dig post holes, move dirt/gravel/sand, unload materials, and prep job sites for construction.

Site Support & Clean-up:

Support sub-contractors and lead builders, keep job sites organized and safe, and dispose of construction debris.

Vehicle & Trailer Care:

Ensure company vehicle and trailer are kept clean, organized, and properly loaded/secured.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).

Employment Status:

W-2 Full-Time.

Company Vehicle & Fuel:

Company truck/van provided for work activities (must be parked at the designated company location at the end of each work day). Fuel costs fully covered by the company.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record (Required).

Trailer Towing Experience:

Proven experience driving with and maneuvering a utility trailer (backing up, securing loads).

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to lift 75+ lbs, perform heavy physical labor (digging, lifting, loading) in Florida weather conditions. Experience in outdoor construction (decks, pergolas, framing, or general carpentry) is a big plus. Punctual, responsible, and good communication skills.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
